Supermac's Blackrock

Worst Supermac’s I’ve had. Dry chicken both the burger and the tenders. Lettuce wasn’t fresh and wilted to mush. Shite chips. I’m usually a big fan too but this place was terrible.

I recently visited Supermac/Papa John in blackrock and was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the area. Despite there being no other customers around, the staff seemed completely uninterested in cleaning the tables. There were dirty trays, napkins, and food crumbs scattered across several tables. It was really off-putting, and I couldn’t understand why they weren’t taking a few minutes to tidy up, especially when the restaurant was not busy. If they cant simply clean up the front imagined whats happening behind the counter.

I’ve been to other fast food places where staff is actively maintaining the dining area, even when it’s quiet. It’s basic customer service, and it made the experience feel unwelcoming. I hope management can address this issue, as cleanliness is an important part of any dining experience. I’ll think twice before coming back again unless I see some improvement.

Unable to rate food as I was not served, I came in before closing and I was refused service and when I asked for any details the employee was very rude to me, used to love this place but I’m much less likely to come again now
